It was just a strong match for an overnight stay in Houston with very good value for money. I appreciated having the kitchenette in the room, which was convenient for preparing light meals. Make sure to check in early to get good parking space nearby.

    cleanliness issues
    housekeeping problems

The hotel boasts beautiful designs and a fantastic pool, but cleanliness needs attention. Housekeeping issues and broken facilities were disappointing. The dining experience was quite enjoyable, but staff responsiveness could improve. Overall, it was a decent stay with potential for better experiences.

    Not exactly what I expected

The restaurant service was commendable, offering delightful salads and a cozy atmosphere for meals. The valet staff provided convenient and friendly assistance after tiring work days.

Housekeeping issues plagued my stay, including inadequate cleaning and uninvited interruptions. The complex elevator system added frustration, making it hard to navigate between floors.

    limited staffing

Friendly staff, especially bartender Helen, made a lasting impression during my stay. The hotel's decor celebrating the Eras tour added a fun vibe, and I appreciated the attentive service at the bar and restaurant, even with limited staffing. However, I faced some unexpected issues with cleanliness and maintenance that should not occur in such a well-known hotel chain.
